It will be panel discussion format where we will discuss process improvement. Process Improvement is the proactive task of identifying, analyzing, and improving upon existing business processes within an organization.

Some questions that will be discussed include:

- What is your organizations approach to process improvement?
- Do you have a dedicated team that facilitate improvement for the organization, or each unit / department handle it as required?

The panel members will include member leaders of the ASQ Manitoba Section.
