Speaker Biography: Lisa M. Walters is an associate professor at the State University of New York at Fredonia and a faculty advisor for the ASQ Fredonia chapter. She also is a certified specialist in blood banking from the American Society for Clinical Pathology and serves on the medical-technical advisory board of the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation. She received her doctorate in management from California Coast University in Santa Ana, CA. A senior member of ASQ, Walters is an ASQ-certified quality auditor. She is the author of three quality oriented books through the American Association of Blood Banks and numerous academic intellectual contributions.
