About the Speaker:
Mariana Filipic is a senior executive and consultant who built her career with Schneider Electric over the course of 24 years. Her core expertise is in enhancing Quality Management Systems, improving customer experience, continuously transforming key business processes, and assessing the risks while delivering profitable growth. Mariana is passionate about coaching and mentoring, problem solving and innovation.
Successful projects of hers in Schneider Electric’s Field Services Canada resulted in doubling the customer NPS (Net Promoter Score) in less than three years. As a certified Master Black Belt, Mariana saved several million dollars executing various key business transformations and implemented international and nuclear standards from scratch resulting in zero non conformances.
Mariana was the recipient of the North American CEO Award as the top performing employee in Canada in 2018. In addition to establishing and implementing Schneider Electrics Wellbeing Initiative across Canada, she sponsored WiSE (Woman in Schneider Electric) as she is passionate about influencing. Mariana also established and supported the Canadian Newcomers Program to enhance career opportunities for over 70 volunteers.
As of 2020, Mariana became a published author of her memoir,
The Lieutenant’s Wife.
Since early 2020 Mariana took the role of Executive Director of Global Quality at Mold Masters, (member of Global Executive Leadership team). Mold Masters is a global leader in plastic injection industry, (100 + countries) designing and manufacturing hot runners, temperature controllers and co-injection systems. Mold Masters supplies the world with systems and machinery that enables the production of molded parts in automotive, packaging, personal care, medical, electronics, consumer goods, health care and construction.
