Speaker's Bio: Daniel Zrymiak is an Engagement Manager at Ultranauts, based in Surrey, British Columbia. Zrymiak has well over two decades of international experience in quality and project management, primarily in information technology, operational excellence, and consulting. Zrymiak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Honors in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. Zrymiak is an ASQ Fellow and has been awarded ASQ’s Feigenbaum and Crosby Medals and a Testimonial Award. Zrymiak is certified by ASQ as a CMQ/OE, CSSBB, CSQE, CQE, and multiple auditor credentials; by PMI as a PMP, and also holds ITILv4 and PSM Scrum Master designations. Zrymiak is a Quality Press author and reviewer, committee chair for the ASQ Edwards Medal, and remains active with the Quality Management Division as a member leader and Vice- Chair of Governance and Excellence. Zrymiak will be presenting at ASQ’s upcoming 2021 Lean & Six Sigma Conference (LSSC) and 2021 World Conference on Quality and Improvement (WCQI).
