Most quality professionals are process focused. In working with a client, it became apparent that there is a huge opportunity for Lean and Six Sigma practitioners to include the concepts of Human Performance into our tool box. Join this session to identify lessons learned and anticipate risks of the impact of worker decision on process activities.
