1. Ismael Alvarado
Ismael has an MBA from Texas A&M University and a Business Administration Degree from University of Monterrey in Mexico. He has more than 20 years experience in North America and Latam markets, specifically in Certification, Inspection, Verification, Testing, Training and Management System Audits. He has had different positions during his professional career working for several Certification Bodies, including: Managing Director, Country Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Lead Auditor, Inspector, Tutor, and Consultant. Currently he is based in Houston, TX and he is the Director of Sales at DQS North America.
1. Rawle Cameron
Rawle is a HSEEQ Business Partner that helps companies go beyond compliance with measurable results. He has origins in the automotive industry, working with Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation and its suppliers. He has also worked with information technology companies, such as Hewlett Packard Company, fast moving consumers goods (FMCG) companies such as The Coca Cola Company and chemical companies including The Dow Chemical Company and Dupont. Through his unique and privileged interleaving manufacturing experiences over 20 years, he has uncovered interesting connections and insights to help over 300 companies ascertain operational excellence. He coaches and engages them to continually improve and drive world class performance, including management systems, programs and processes to achieve outcomes such as reduced workplace hazards, reduced environmental events, reduced waste, reduced energy intensity, reduced costs, improved quality, increased customer satisfaction and business growth sustainability. He is passionate about data analytics, data science and how it liberates the accelerated digital ecosystem of adaptation, insights, productivity, openness, simplicity and sustainability as a source of truth to make better decisions.
Rawle is a remote audit and ICT Practitioner. Within the last five months, since late March, he has completed all audits as 100% remote engagements. He will be sharing his insights, lessons learned and best practices for the new future in remote audits.
2. Christopher James
Chris has over 30 year experience in manufacturing engineering and quality engineering roles and has implemented ISO9001, TL9000 and TS16949 systems in various manufacturing locations including Unites States, Mexico and Mainland China. He has been with DQS for nine years, initially as a contract auditor in the ISO9001 and TL9000 sectors, and more recently as a Business Line Manager responsible for major client integration, client management and contract auditor performance. Chris hold the degrees of Master of Science and Doctor of Philolophy in Material Science and Nuclear Physics from Sunderland University in the United K
