In addition to the formal presentation, time will be allocated to take personal questions. With a typically small audience, mic's will remain open for Q&A throughout the presentation.
Although targeted to Ft Worth Membership, this webinar is open to all as the first 20 minutes will be general ASQ orientation, and then the balance Ft Worth operations focus.
