This work occurred in her capacities as Operations Manager, Sr. Training Manager, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Learning, Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Compliance Officer, and Consultant. In addition to her PhD, Dr. Burton is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds certificates in Change Management and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.
