VT ASQ Presents a FREE Webinar: QFD Simplified - A Practical and “Easy to Do” Approach
Overview: Quality Function Deployment (QFD, a.k.a. the House of Quality), at first glance, seems like an ominous and painstaking tool. In some business cases, it is and it must be. However, there are many other situations where QFD could help deploy customer needs and expectations into program, product or service requirements… without the pain!
This presentation will showcase a simplified version of the QFD tool, using a QFD template built in Excel.

The presentation will cover:
  • Origins of the QFD tool
  • The various “elements” to build and complete a QFD
  • How the Quality Matter’s Excel tool works to complete a QFD*
  • Application demonstration
  • Q&A
* Note: Participants will get their RU certificate, and the QFD tool for their use, after completion of the program.
