Abstract: As Quality professionals, we are sometimes asked to lead teams through diagnosing and solving business problems. The skill of effectively managing a group through workshopping and resolving such challenges can be stressful. In this interactive session, Tracy Owens and Therese Steiner, co-authors of the ASQ-published book F-Notes: Facilitation for Quality, will lead attendees through a mini-workshop leveraging 3 tools from their book. You will collaborate with other attendees to learn and apply the tools in a quality scenario. The purpose of this session is to build your confidence in leading a work group through problem-solving as well as to add tools for innovation and effective workshop management to your toolbox.
