Shruti Mehta is a healthcare quality professional with over 15 years of quality management experience across the public and behavioral healthcare sectors. She currently serves as the State Director of Program Implementation at Upstream USA, a non-profit organization partnering with states to strengthen reproductive health care practices. Shruti provides operational oversight and strategic leadership to support the state-wide implementation team executing Upstream's comprehensive technical assistance and quality improvement program across NC.
Her expertise includes practice transformation, change management, and process improvement within the healthcare industry to create solutions to lower costs, optimize workflows, and improve quality of care and health outcomes. She is highly skilled in fostering partnerships and creating shared goals with key stakeholders to develop a culture of quality while expertly managing and facilitating continuous improvement activities. Shruti has extensive training in project management and various QI frameworks to include the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's Model for Improvement, lean principles and is a Six Sigma Green Belt currently working to complete her Black Belt certification. She lives in the Raleigh area with her husband and two kids. Her passions outside of work include fitness challenges, mountain retreats, biking, and trips to the beach.
Myesha Watters Belton, MHA, Quality Engineer - Biologics by McKesson
Myesha Watters Belton is a Quality Engineer who began her career in patient care coordination and built on her love for inclusive and ethical behaviors through the involvement with projects for the company’s QMS and system error tracking. She is focused on providing high-quality patient care and building strategic initiatives for improvement while ensuring to maintain a healthy work-life balance
Sheronda Jeffries is an industry leader at TIA QuEST Forum, a collaboration of companies dedicated to ICT supply chain quality and performance. She represents the ICT industry at standard development organizations including the US TAG ISO/TC 176, where she serves as Vice-Chair and Membership Chair and also the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), where she serves as the Director representing Users and Industry and Chair of the User Advisory Committee. Sheronda holds a BS Electrical Engineering from NC A&T State University. She is a TIA QuEST Forum Fellow, a Certified TL 9000 Expert, a key developer of the sanctioned TL 9000 training courses, and a Supervisory Master Trainer. Sheronda co-leads the IGQ Working Group and is a former Member Representative and multi-year recipient of the CEO Award. In addition, she is an Exemplar Global Principal Auditor, an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, a charter member of ASQ’s Quality Audit Division, a former ASQ Audit Division Regional Councilor and an ASQ Fellow.
