He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with honors in marketing from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. Zrymiak is an ASQ Fellow and has was awarded ASQ’s Feigenbaum and Crosby Medals. Zrymiak has the PMP, Professional Scrum Master, ITIL v4 Foundation, and is ASQ-certified as an CMQ/OE, CSQE, CQE, CSSBB, CQA, CFSQA, and CBA. Zrymiak is a Quality Press author (ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt Handbook co-author) and reviewer, member leader being active with the Quality Management Division and chairing the ASQ Edwards Medal Committee.
