Description: Often we find ourselves pulled into solving the problem put in front of us, only to find that solving it barely moves the needle. Knowing how to solve a problem is important but knowing how to find problems worth solving IS MORE IMPORTANT. We will explore the science and methodologies of good problem finding and how to pair this successfully with proven problem-solving methods.
