Victor Rinaldi – Product Design Engineer – Phillips Precision
Victor Rinaldi is a Product Design Engineer in the Phillips Precision engineering team. Phillips Precision provides lean, quick-swap fixture plates and work holding for parts inspection (Inspection Arsenal®) and laser marking (Laser Arsenal®) in addition to fixture design.
Victor supports the expansion of the inspection fixture design work. This expansion rounds out Phillips Precision’s business model to be your company’s “3-in-1 source” for inspection process optimization.
Victor has a deep passion for manufacturing and a keen sense for continuous improvement. In addition to fixture design, he also supports new product development at the company. His engineering project management and manufacturing operations management experience has helped to elevate Phillips Precision to new levels.
In his most recent roles, Victor has worked at medical, aerospace, and scientific instrumentation companies.
Allan DeLisle – Technical Sales Coordinator – Phillips Precision
Allan DeLisle is the Technical Sales Coordinator, overseeing sales and marketing efforts for Phillips Precision’s Products Division which manufactures and sells fixture systems for parts inspection (Inspection Arsenal®) and laser marking (Laser Arsenal®).
Allan’s mission is to get manufacturers to understand how fast modular fixturing can accelerate their production.
Allan has a high level of enthusiasm, a deep understanding of contemporary marketing approaches, and detailed product knowledge. He designs novel selling tools for the forward-thinking company and helps to build and support distribution around the world.
Allan has a mechanical background, he’s a musician, and he has a love of art. This eclectic mix of talent combined with his passion for creative technology has made him an invaluable member of the Phillips Precision team.
