ASQ Inspection Division Webinar (0.1 RU) — ’Critical Thinking: A Fundamental Requirement for 21st Century Organizations’
’Critical Thinking: A Fundamental Requirement for 21st Century Organizations’
One of the skills expected in nearly any professional job role is the ability to think critically. We are bombarded with information, requests for information, and the need to make decisions that will both move the organization forward and avoid excessive risk. This requires the ability to think critically, which includes processing information and being aware of how we are doing so. This presentation provides a decision-making framework based on the concept of process management that individuals and organizations can use to help develop critical thinking skills.
