This Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) refresher training is a 16 contact hour review delivered over the three days prior to the Inspection Division Conference with the Houston Section. It is designed and taught to help experienced inspectors prepare for the CQI exam. It is intended to help the learner become thoroughly familiar with the complete Body of Knowledge by understanding the content covered by the four main domains in the ASQ CQI BoK.
This is anticipated to be an in person Instructor led training event.The Certified Quality Inspector is an inspector who, in support of and under the direction of quality engineers, supervisors, or technicians, can use the proven techniques included in the body of knowledge. Under professional direction, the Quality Inspector evaluates hardware documentation, performs laboratory procedures, inspects products, measures process performance, records data and prepares formal reports.
