About Our Speakers:



Heather Wade



Heather is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Biology. Heather has worked as a microbiologist, filter test specialist, laboratory compliance officer, extraction chemist, and analytical chemist before moving full-time into metrology. She pairs her strong educational background and her nearly 30 years professional experience to bring “Pain Relief for Measurement Headaches” to her clients. Heather is an internationally recognized speaker and subject matter expert and holds ASQ certifications in calibration and auditing. She has presented at multiple local, national, and international in-person and virtual conferences and webinars. She is a leader and an active participant in multiple international metrology, quality, and standards organizations. She is also a published author of several metrology-related books and articles, including the upcoming release of ASQ’s Metrology Handbook, 3rd Edition.



Lizabeth Wesely-Cassella



Lizabeth Wesely-Casella is the Founder and CEO of L-12 Services; a Washington DC firm focused on internal communications and organizational development. She works with businesses to improve workflow, processes, and culture by leveraging the institutional knowledge of existing team members. She is a skilled strategic advisor specializing in attrition mitigation, workflow management, process improvement, and culture. Lizabeth has over 20 years of experience as an administrator and policy and programming consultant. Her work has contributed to successful project outcomes in federal health policy, international program development, and non-profit/association management.



Dr. Sharon Burton



Dr. Sharon Burton is CEO of S.L. Burton Consulting, LLC. Sharon is a Global Quality Process Improvement Expert, Speaker/Facilitator, Academic, Author, and Consultant. She delivers more than 30 years of experience managing generational diversity. This work occurred in her capacities as Operations Manager, Sr. Training Manager, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Learning, Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Compliance Officer, and Consultant. In addition to her PhD, Dr. Burton is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds certificates in Change Management and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. She serves as a dissertation chair for Grand Canyon University, associate adjunct at Post University, and Capitol Technology University.
