Description:  A transformational Trauma-Informed strategy for businesses should include a holistic systems approach in order to serve the needs of those (customers: individuals, families & communities) who have experienced adversity.  A Trauma-Informed strategic focus in a business is applying understanding, recognizing, responding and resisting re-traumatization policies & practices internally for the workforce and externally for customers receiving products and services.  Entrepreneurs & Organizations seeking to transform their business processes to serve their customers, clients, and patients, who have experienced adversity, require unique, customizable and complementary options.
