As part of our BOK leadership panel series following the "Leading self" panel we had in January and "Leading Teams" panel we discussed in June we are bringing you our final panel for 2023 "Leading Organizations" to share best practices. Join our selected mix of panelists from a range of the corporate world to coach to entrepreneur as leading teams is key to any role you have in life and career.

Meet the panelists

Jessica Atkinson

Jessica is tripled certified with Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management Practitioner (CMP), and ScrumAlliance Scrum Master (CSM). Over 15 years in Financial Services leading large scale Technology and Business transformations Internationally. Jessica has worked with numerous Embassies and local companies to support Marriage Equality.

Nidhi Tewari

Nidhi is a LCSW mental health keynote speaker, expert, & consultant featured in The New York Times, Forbes, The Washington Post, TED Blog, Oprah Daily, Thrive Global, and HuffPost with a decade of experience speaking to leaders, organizations, and event audiences about mental health, workplace wellbeing, and leadership.

Sokol Vladi

Sokol is a global scale, award-winning Digital Transformation leader with 17+ years’ experience in ICT industry. Target-driven sales strategist with proven track-record in developing innovative sales strategies for diverse product lines to sustain revenue growth working for enterprise organizations like Microsoft and Hewlett Packard Enterprise and recently Anritsu EMEA.

Jeff Harry

Jeff combines positive psychology and play to heal workplaces, help teams build psychological safety and assist individuals in addressing their biggest challenges through embracing a play-oriented approach to work.
