While some cultures change organically, what leads to Culture Excellence is the purposeful effort of an organization leadership to identify its North Star and the Ideal behaviors that are expected from everyone in the organization to help achieve its mission and vision and transform intentionally and By Design.
The first part of this presentation will introduce the 10 Guiding Principles used in the Shingo Model™ and how these can be used as a roadmap to attain Excellence.The second part will focus on two success stories in Culture Transformation and share the Excellent results achieved. The third part will provide a recipe to start an intentional effort for Culture Transformation and Excellence.

Bio - Nancy Nouaimeh
Nancy is a mom of 2 adolescent triathletes and a wife of a cyclist. In the business world she is an Organizational Excellence Specialist and Total Quality
Management professional with over 18 years of experience. She has a passion for culture transformation and studying what improves the behaviors and performance of teams and hence fuel organizations improvements efforts to attain and sustain Excellence. Nancy is also a subject matter expert, senior assessor and judge for national Excellence, Innovation and Quality Professionals Awards. She has expertise in business and government excellence models and culture excellence. In addition to CI methodologies, Lean and Integrating ISO standards. Coach and trainer, Nancy is well versed in leading teams and transferring knowledge across the organization and externally by presenting her work in international seminars and conferences. She is currently the Chair of the Geographic Communities Council and ASQ Region Director for EMEA.
