As quality professionals we frequently meet in quality dedicated events were most frequently it is shared that quality is seen as hiring quality professionals for then being locked in the quality department to talk a quality language understood by them only. These events turn almost into a temple where quality professionals confess how much their struggle with lack of buy-in. “They just don’t get it” quality professionals would say, while those coworkers would say “It’s quality department’s job to do quality”. But let us think for a moment that who hears these complaints on those events and gets trained are quality professionals themselves. Smells like silos?
On this webinar we aim to:
Assess quality versus continuous improvement through customer’s lenses.
Review the accountability of continuous improvement across the organization.
Define the fundamental elements of continuous improvement beyond a quality department.
