As part of ASQ HD&L strategy goal to expand the way we bring value to our community we are hosting our first panel discussion bringing together the expertise of more than one speaker. 2020 has been quite a particular year challenging us to process and reframe our personal and professional life. In times like these it is particularly beneficial to understand and benefit from the value of mentorship. In this panel we will discuss the value of mentorship from a mentor and mentee perspective, ASD HD&L mentorship opportunities and more.

Stephanie is the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Pharmatech Associates, Inc. with 25 years of experience in quality management systems and validation program management in the regulated life science industry. She is the Chair of ASQ HDL and a Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Pharmaceutical GMP Professional. She holds a M.Sc. in Biotechnology, and a B.Sc. in Biology. Ms. Gaulding is actively involved in PDA, ISPE, and ASQ.
Kiran is a Business Consultant and President/Founder of M2M Business Solutions as well as a Business Growth Strategist, speaker and representative of award winning Crestcom’s Leadership skills development program. Kiran is the ASQ HD&L Mentoring Program Chair and Webinar Co-Chair, content contributor and speaker.
Sidita is a Transformation Consultant and Founder of S.H. | SHE Excellence with 10+ years of experience in Agile, Project Management and Continuous Improvement. Sidita is a a Certified PMP, Scrum Master (CSM) & Six-Sigma Green Belt. Sidita is the ASQ HD&L Co-Chair, former ASQ Boston Conference and Program Chair giving back to ASQ and PMI community through content, speaker and mentorship.
Xuxu is a quality manager at a government organization based in Ottawa, Ontario. She holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Engineering. Xuxu is a member of ASQ and an ASQ-Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. Xuxu is the recipient of 1 year mentorship from ASQ HD&L program and mentor at her organization.
