Today, close to 20 disruptive technologies combine to shape the future of our world and society. Some say there will be more change in the next 20 years than in the previous 300. What are the latest developments? How will the future look like? What opportunities lie ahead and what dangers do we need to avoid? And what does this mean for leaders who want to play their part in shaping the future?
Most leadership development approaches are stuck in the past rather than looking to the future. Yet, the demand on developing and supporting forward-looking leaders is higher than ever before. What is the ‘operating system’ future leaders need to navigate the times ahead and help your organisation to succeed?
In this interactive virtual talk, participants will quickly get up to speed with the latest developments in technology and the impact these have on our world. We will examine the crucial need for leadership in all sectors of our society and participants will leave with a simple framework and a set of practices to build their own leadership capacity in a rapidly changing world we live in.
