Presentation: How Interpersonal Skills Impact Supply Chain Success

Interpersonal Skills have always been a vital part of employment success but perhaps more so recently. These skills complimented by technical skills can help anyone become more successful in their role. From Supply Chain Management to Quality Management, Interpersonal Skills are required to bring about the desired professional and organizational outcomes.


Guest Speaker: Steven Levson

Originally from Alberta, Steven has called Ontario home for the last 22 years and London for the last 15 years. He has a wife, two kids and two cats and they all enjoy being a part of the London community.


As a Coordinator & Professor at Fanshawe College, Steven assists students in their pursuit of knowledge, skills and abilities. He has 20+ years of experience, employed in roles such as Account Management, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Sourcing (Procurement) in the Grocery, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology industries.


Steven is also a former Instructor and a current Volunteer with Supply Chain Management Association of Ontario. In the past he taught the Introduction to Procurement, Introduction to Logistics, Introduction to Transportation, and Introduction to Operations Management technical courses, and the Business Communications seminar in the Supply Management Training (SMT) program. In addition, he has hosted several Webinars for their members.


Complimenting Steven's employment experience, he has completed the Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) designation, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.
