QBQ! The Question Behind the Question: Practicing Personal Accountability in Work and in Life by John G. Miller
Steam Coffin: Captain Moses Rogers and The Steamship Savannah Break the Barrier by John Laurence Busch
Toyota Kata: Managing People for Improvement, Adaptiveness and Superior Results by Mike Rother
Freedom's Forge: How American Business Produced Victory in World War II by Arthur Herman
The Leader in Me: How Schools Around the World Are Inspiring Greatness, One Child at a Time by Stephen R. Covey
Introduction to 8D Problem Solving: Including Practical Applications and Examples by Ali Zarghami , Don Benbow
Lean Six Sigma Project Execution Guide: The Integrated Enterprise Excellence (IEE) Process Improvement Project Roadmap by Forrest W. Breyfogle III

I particular enjoyed the two history books, Steam Coffin and Freedom's Forge. As an uncle with high expectations for the younger generation; QBQ! and The Leader in Me were given as gifts to high school graduates.
