We all love restaurants and there are quite a few metrics that are important to all of us. Here are a few. Do you have any more? Speed of Service, Time to be seated, Quality of Food, Friendliness of Staff, Cost for Value. Are there more???

@Radames Toro How about level of cleanliness and reservations met, (in other words I made a reservation for 7pm and my table was ready at 7pm).
