Below is a brief description of each elected position that is open for nominations. Each of these positions is for a one-year term.

Chair: The Chair provides leadership and oversight to the member unit, prepares meeting agendas, and is the presiding officer.

Secretary: The Secretary documents member unit business and maintains the records. This position serves as the official correspondent of the member unit.

Treasurer: The Treasurer oversees funds, maintains accurate financial records, and reports on financial condition as directed by the Society's bylaws and policies and procedures.

Other open positions include:

Voice of the Customer Chair: Initiate survey tool and voice of the customer initiatives; facilitate member unit participation in collaborative surveys

Programs Chair: Solicit speakers for meetings and seminars to match section interests Arrangements Chair: Arrange all meeting facilities; establish menu, negotiate fees, provide

newsletter editor with location and menu information, and arrange for speaker equipment.
