Your ASQ Recertification Journal
Many members include an attendance record in their journal. Attendance at ASQ Events allows members to earn recertification units. Are you looking for your ASQ Section 0511 Attendance Record?
A Recertification “Cycle” is approaching, 30 June 2020, for many of our members.
To request your attendance report, send an email to the ASQ Section 0511 Database Administrator, dba20@asq0511.org. Please copy our Chair, chair20@asq0511.org, and Webmaster, webmaster20@asq0511.org, to ensure your request is received.
If you have requested a report or a certification and have not received that document, please remind me! Reports and certifications were sent on Saturday, 23 May 2020.
The sooner you make the request, the sooner you will have your report in time to recertify.
