What are the personal/ technical/ knowledge/ other characteristics of a great quality manager?
Excuse me if there are those of you who have written to this topic before, but I would like to see if the subject matter experts here can share their thoughts on this subject.
  • How is a great quality manager great and not just good?
  • How would a great quality manager be different than a great production manager or great HR manager?
  • Think about what needs to be inside a great quality manager to influence the work culture for the better.
  • I would not leave out technical aspects, but rather make them not focus on a single industry.
