We're hiring a Service Quality Supervisor to join our dedicated team of professionals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Hands on leader to manage company’s Service Quality efforts. Utilize Voice of Customer/Associate (VOC/A) data to improve service delivery system and associate engagement efforts. Participates in the selection and design of Experience Management Software that integrates various feedback channels from both customer and associate.
Conducts analysis creates custom reports and consults all levels of the organization on improvement strategies. Works effectively with department trainers to ensure standard operating procedures are aligned to achieve performance excellence. Partners with Engagement and Success leader to improve internal quality services contributing to enhanced associate satisfaction and loyalty.
Facilitates quality improvement efforts through teamwork and problem solving to achieve department, divisional and company goals. Maintains knowledge of the operational procedures performed by the Learning and Organizational Development team.
Ensures that company policy, goals and objectives are being adhered to and that associates are managed in the best interest of the company.

Requirements:

Minimum three years in a service supervisory role preferred (or alternative experience as deemed appropriate). Proven leadership abilities and a vision for performance excellence.
Professionalism and diplomacy to manage voice of customer/associate. Organizational skills to complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree, quality related certification or equivalent experience.
