Continuous Improvement Coordinator for Maricopa County

As a Performance Improvement Coordinator, you will help the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) create a quality culture by identifying opportunities, assessing performance and tracking metrics, creating surveys and reports, analyzing data, and coaching others in the use of improvement methods and tools.

We are looking for someone who can think critically, identify gaps and opportunities, and facilitate solutions. You’ll help develop systems and infrastructures that support programs and departments of MCDPH in the areas of performance management, program evaluation, accreditation, continuous improvement, and workforce development.
