NPG Product Quality and Reliability Engineer Opening at Intel (Semiconductor)

Intel has a plethora of quality openings in the valley, but I wanted to highlight the Product Quality Engineer position in their Networks Platform Group. As they describe it:

The Network Platforms Group (NPG) is one of Intel's fastest growing business units, leading the World on innovative 5G Solutions with a strategy to democratize Networking Infrastructure with Intel Architecture (IA) through Network Functions Virtualization and Virtualized Radio Access Networks. This enables the transformation of networking solutions from purpose built / proprietary architectures to the world of standard off-the-shelf servers where software primarily defines the features which then unleashes lower CAPEX/OPEX and higher flexibility to the Communications Service Providers, like Verizon and T-Mobile.

The qualifications for this one are below:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics or a related field of study.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in basic device physics and statistical data analysis using software like JMP.
  • Knowledge of circuit reliability.
  • Knowledge of reliability degradation mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of radiation-induced reliability degradation mechanisms.

Intel is a pretty intense place to work, but they are stable, have wonderful benefits, and pay extremely well.

Apply for this one on their site here.
