Our own Lucíana Paulise is the author of the cover page article in the latest issue of Quality Progress. “How to build the ‘we’ culture: The first self-organising teams” is provoking, and a call to work in team delivery culture. It would be nice to know opinions from other colleagues. For example, I think a Quality Program can be established without even mentioning ISO 9001, just by setting an inspiring objective and having an empowered team. Thoughts?
