Hello.  I am on the planning committee for the next CAT Dealership Continuous Improvement conference which is scheduled for September 14-17 in Park City Utah.  We plan to have a 1-day workshop on Lean for about 30 dealers worldwide, and up to 50 participants in the workshop.
