On behalf of the gracious author, Dr. Jorge Luis Romeu, I am posting this pdf "Summary of a Year of Work in Covid-19 Statistical Modeling" that includes links to a series of papers, reports and tutorials on statistical analysis of COVID-19 problems.
A lot of work has been done here. The PCA and Discriminant Analysis are interesting, as well as the Survival Analysis in Table 4, but is it assumed that the infection rate is based on 100% test accuracy for infection? There is an interesting article by Jeffrey L. Schnipper and Paul E. in ResearchGate on Covid-19 test accuracy. It shows that 80% of those with the virus will test positive for the virus.
