A Quality Culture Achieved

I believe a Quality Culture is achieved when everyone is focused on meeting the needs of their customer and ultimately the consumer of their products and services.  How do you know you’ve achieved a Quality Culture or is it like Perfection; a continuous pursuit?

I agree 100%.  Understanding the customer needs is critical first step!!  I believe it's a constant pursuit!
