Full Job Description

To ensure quality concepts are followed and in place for both existing and new products, conducting analyses to optimize processes.

Provide direct support to production and quality management teams, to ensure all quality processes and checks are followed.

- Ensures compliance with quality requirements for existing and new products
- Further develops necessary quality documentation (e.g. control plans, process FMEA's, process flow plans, work instructions)
- Supports the continuous optimization of serial production with respect to quality topics
- Supports and steers the failure analysis in case of quality problems and customer rejections
- Conducts data analysis to optimize processes
- Raises quality-related problems to management
- Plans and conducts product and process audits
- Organizes and conducts / initiates supplier visists in case of quality problems
- Evaluating suppliers‘ corrective actions
- Monitoring corrective actions implemented by suppliers
- Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.
- Those generated by Global Skill Matrix (ViFlow).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Grand Rapids, MI 49548: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
