On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being excellent), please rate how well you feel your organization "tells the story" or communicates successful improvement initiatives and lessons learned to motivate others to try. And if you are willing to share the name of your organization as well as any communication strategies (e.g., recognition, news posts, websites, etc.) that have worked (or not worked), please do.

I see my organization sharing the success stories and lessons learned and I believe they can be more consistent and sustain the sharing and communication. I would rate my city at 6/10.

We have a lot of work to do. Can you share some suggestions?
