The Technical Support Manager will be part of Global McAfee Support Management team. He/ she will manage a team of senior, mature, technical SMEs that work in close collaboration with Product Engineering teams to identify opportunities in the Product in areas of Usability, Supportability, Diagnostics and Knowledge Transfer.
The Manager will also handle Partner engagements where they collaborate in conjunction with McAfee Partner Management teams on Supportability & Enablement topics. He/She will need to coordinate and interact with other Support Managers globally within McAfee and its outsourced vendors. Has a design thinking mindset and uses methodical problem solving approach.
