As a Business Process Consultant, you have an integral role in delivering on transformational process change within Canadian Division Customer Experience. You work closely with the Senior Management Teams to identify, lead and implement process transformation initiatives that will directly contribute to the realization of the Canadian Division Customer Experience strategic objectives.
You are passionate about leading cultural change and driving results through process improvement and operational effectiveness. You will be part of a highly engaged team that challenges status quo by guiding and coaching managers and employees to leverage Lean as a methodology to better manage and improve their operations so that they create more value for our customers. This position requires a self-starter with strong facilitation and problem-solving skills and in-depth experience delivering major process improvement initiatives, in a capacity of a Business Process Designer / Consultant, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or an equivalent. You are a strong communicator, learn quickly, see the big picture and work in an agile manner.
