I'd like to congratulate Brooks Carder
on the publication of his article "The Happiness Effect"
in the January 2019 issue of Quality Progress
. It's a good summary on how employees' emotions relate to their performance. While I didn't know until recent years that this area of psychology existed, I think many of us in leadership roles can attest to the direct relationship between an employee's emotions and overall well-being to their overall productivity and performance on the job.
Way to go Brooks!
