A little late in responding; but I would say the greatest challenge with online learning that I have had from the last quarter of 2020 through this first quarter of 2021 is having enough of the right type of interaction during the online training.
It is good to have questions; mini-"tests" along the way; but there has to be more that can be done to help the learner remember the content.
would welcome any ideas!
