Did you know ASQ is offering a mentorship program linking seasoned quality professionals with those new quality? Piloted last year, the program is now official and open for both mentors and mentees to apply. The program is free to ASQ members and now open for applications.
Apply Here: https://asq.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9zeC8gOnPjZmRdIAfter completion of the application, the ASQ Mentorship program will attempt to find a “best fit” for mentor and mentee who will meet regularly for 1-3 hours a month over the course of six months, or longer if mentor and mentee choose.
In the program, mentors will help their mentee set goals, provide structure and support, motivation, and help set their mentee up for success. For mentees, it’s suggested to bring 2-3 goals to their initial meeting session even if the mentee may not be able to complete the goals within the minimum 6 month period.
For their time, mentors will receive 0.1 RU credits for every meeting session (certificates of completion will be provided by the ASQ Mentorship Program team).
Application are open now and the program will began around September 2022 after mentors and mentees have been paired together.
