ASQ Automotive Division is pleased to announce Devraj Chattaraj, General Manager at Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG) Pune, Maharashtra, India as Tata ASQ Automotive Company Liaison Officer and ASQ Automotive Division County Liaison Officer for India.

Purpose of ASQ Automotive Company Liaison Officer: Build and maintain mutually beneficial strong relationship between ASQ Automotive Division and automotive OEMs / Suppliers globally
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point contact between ASQ Automotive Division and the company
  • Facilitate meetings such as Lunch and Learn to engage employees
  • Network across all facilities and functions within the company
  • Communicate ASQ events / resources to internal distribution
  • Communicate how ASQ Automotive Division can assist the company

Devraj Chattaraj is a certified Train the Trainer and conducts training programs on Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean, Sigma, Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM), Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Having started his career in Tata Motors as a post graduate trainee in 2003, he has worked in transmission manufacturing, World Class Quality (WCQ), and Business Excellence. Devraj has a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from REC/NIT Durgapur and a M. Tech. in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Kanpur with a post graduate diploma in Quality Management from Mahindra Institute of Quality. He is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence CMQ/OE), life member of Indian Society for Quality (ISQ) and Vice President Executive Committee of its Pune Chapter.
