We often view internal audits as a means for maintaining an ISO certification. This session will illustrate how to leverage internal audits to do more for the organization; improve quality performance. Adapt a small company’s experience; their audit planning by the management team and moving to virtual audit methods allowed them to find new ways to improve their quality performance. Join and discuss how to enhance an audit program by addressing organizational cultural elements, focusing limited resources, and learning necessary tools.

Discussion Points:
  • Identify risks in the audit program, mapping the audit trail
  • Focus on process variation through training and audits
  • Get ready and beef-up the corrective action process
  • Collaborate and build a Management Team Audit program
  • Measure the Audit Program!
