Service Quality Division Needs Your Input

As we look to improve the offerings to our Members, we recognize the importance of meaningful content to provide you with the skills, knowledge and opportunities to understand and improve the customer experience in service based organizations. Leveraging the great work developed by our Service Quality Body of Knowledge (SQBOK) volunteer team, we are looking to develop a content strategy that aligns with that, but also meets your specific needs to strengthen your understanding of Service Quality.

As such, we have developed a CONTENT STRATEGY SURVEY that seeks your input on what's valuable and meaningful, to inform our strategy moving forward. The survey should only take about 3-5 minutes to complete, but will be critical to ensuring our ability to add value to you.

Please note, you may see this survey through a few different communication channels (e.g., SQD's Competitive Advantage Newsletter, email), but you only need to complete it once. 😌
