Registration Open - November 12 Section Dinner Meeting

Our featured speaker for this meeting will be Ronald J. Kelley, Deputy Region Director for Region 5 of ASQ, and President of Green Gap Solutions, LLC. The tutorial is entitled "myASQ Resources and Tools for the Quality Professional" and will provide us with an overview of the many features found on the myASQ website. During the main program, Ron will discuss "New Tools for Successful Product and Service Innovation". He will outline the latest processes and tools for innovation such as the correct "Customer Discovery", "Customer Driven Innovation (CDI), and the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) framework.

Advance registration is required. No charge for program only. Cost $25 (members) / $30 (non-members) — Only cash or checks (written to ASQ Baltimore) are accepted for this meeting. No credit/debit cards accepted.
