This is a reminder about our upcoming ASQ Baltimore Section 502 Virtual Dinner Meeting on April 19, 2022.

Due to the holiday, Registration will close at midnight on Thursday April 14

Our featured speaker is E. George Woodley.

E. George Woodley is a graduate from the University of Guelph (cum laude), Guelph, Ontario, Canada, with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Statistics degree and has completed a one-year Master’s Statistics program. Mr. Woodley’s apprenticeship was with Ford Motor Company and Motorola. Mr. Woodley is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in 2002; LSS Master Black Belt (CLSSMBB) through Quality & Productivity Solutions (an ASQ affiliated organization) in 2004; and Lean Master Practitioner in 2005 through Six Mr. Woodley has implemented the tools of Lean and Six Sigma since 2000 for a varied list of clients, both in-house and in open enrollment environments. Soft skills include Project Management, mentoring, facilitating, Train-the-Trainer, and course development.

Mr. Woodley has authored papers to explain statistical concepts in simple terms. He is fluent in English, French and Hungarian, and is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Ohio Academy of Science (OAS).

The program topic is the “Voice of the Customer.”

The program will be followed by a tutorial titled, “Kano Model and House of Quality.

We will follow with an interactive feedback discussion about future meeting topics. We ask members to begin thinking about future meeting topics and member expectations but hold responses for the meeting.
