October 12, 2021 Virtual Section Meeting - Registration Now Open

Our October 12 meeting will be held as a Virtual Meeting in order to accommodate as many members as possible while still maintaining physical distancing.

Our featured speaker is John Goodman. John Goodman has assisted 45 of the Fortune 100 and 28 Federal agencies. His 2 latest books are CX 3.0, just published in Japanese, and Strategic Customer Service.

The program topic is "Implementing Customer Experience 3.0". The Objective of this presentation is to show how to implement Customer Experience 3.0 which is proactive, preventive and engaging when appropriate.

The program will be followed by a tutorial titled 'Enhancing Customer Onboarding Applying DMAIC and Gemba Walks', where John will first outline the six basic steps of new product delivery including three steps usually not addressed by most organizations; creating personas, motivating customer to learn, and evaluation of delivery and education
effectiveness.
