Our November 10 meeting will be held as a Virtual Meeting in accordance with the State of Maryland guidelines on physical distancing.

Our featured speaker is Michael Gregory. Mr. Gregory works with clients that want to overcome conflicts and promote collaboration based on neuroscience, and with meeting planners looking for a dynamic, interactive and entertaining speaker.  Mike has given over 450 presentations in the U.S. and Canada, and he has written 13 books including his two signature books, The Servant Manager, and Peaceful Resolutions. As a speaker, clients often share that their people are more focused on the tasks at hand, have more control when navigating difficult decisions, and more peace in their professional and personal relationships. Participants leave with actionable items they can apply immediately on the job and in life.

The program topic is the 'Quality Improvement in a Service Organization". This session will focus on the soft skills or what today are referred to as the critical skills focusing on a service entity. You regularly address interpretation, judgement, and consultation as a quality professional. With an example you will see how these elements can be applied constructively.  You will be introduced to The Collaboration Effect and elements of strategic planning, see the application of some basic quality improvement tools, describe balanced measures, see where quality fits in, and take action with a quality tool for service entities.

The program will be followed by a tutorial entitled "Quality Improvement with the Collaboration Effect". This dynamic and entertaining session will identify conflict, explore practical information from neuroscience, and present how to make use of The Collaboration Effect®. The Collaboration Effect® is all about connecting relationships, listening actively, and educating judiciously to build bridges to negotiate closure.

Advance registration is required. It provides us with a means to contact you directly with instructions to log-in to the meeting, and any changes or updates. Please register no later than (NLT) noon,  Sunday, November 8, 2020. Note this change: You will receive log-in information for the meeting shortly after you register. Please save this information.
